It can be as simple as a staffing, catering or temporary structure requirement, or a complete turnkey solution including hotels, invite and guest management, logistics and beyond.

Read more →We deliver year-round hospitality programmes, having achieved official supplier status — and in some cases our own dedicated facilities — at all Six Nations venues, Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Festival, Silverstone and Goodwood. We can also supply Wimbledon Debenture seating and have a thriving concert and cultural portfolio.
We work at our best combining hospitality with hotels, transfers, hosts, invite and guest management and full event reporting — memorable experiences, and all the data clients need to know the budget was well spent.

Read more →We have erected literally hundreds of marquees over the years, on most occasions delivering the catering, power, AV and staffing solutions to go with them — for corporate gatherings, private parties, weddings and everything in between.
We deliver full site surveys, CAD drawings and detailed event plans, and can advise on or apply for any licences required. We also hold and manage client assets, keeping a full inventory and handling all associated logistics.

Read more →We work with all the major hotel and venue chains for a complete venue-finding, conference or accommodation solution — from year-round travel management to a single event. We are TIDS registered with all required bonding in place to operate both at home and abroad.
